Cliff Warman, Practice Leader, Environmental, Marsh
Cliff is an environmental risk advisor at Marsh providing advice to multinational clients on the assessment and management of key environmental risks, and the use of environmental insurance in providing risk transfer for operational, contractual and historic liability risks.
Cliff has over 20 years of experience in the assessment and management of environmental risks, having worked extensively in environmental consultancy, and as a ground remediation contractor. Cliff has vast experience in environmental due diligence, specialising in the area of environmental risk quantification for large scale mergers and acquisitions in the infrastructure, energy, power, waste management and real estate sectors.
Cliff has a PhD in Ecotoxicology and has strong technical knowledge in the use of chemical fate and effects models to predict the effects of pollutants on human health and ecosystems, and in the development of remediation cost estimation models.
